NOTE: LF or Scholar, If scholar(s) are having login problems, ALWAYS open a ticket even if you have to use the backup method. 

A few of our new scholars may be having problems logging into Clever. We have figured out the likely source of the problem and Clever is working on fixing it. In the meantime, while Clever Support is developing a long term solution, scholars can gain access to Clever by using a temporary backup login code. The LF is able to generate at temporary backup codes for individual scholars by doing the following:

LF

1. Click on the course the student is in
2. Click on the scholar's name
3. To the right, click on Get backup login code
4. Give the code to the scholar

Scholar

1. Have the scholar navigate to: clever.com/in/e3civichigh
2. Click on Get help logging in!
3. Choose Log in with a Backup Code
4. Enter the code you provided 
   Please know backup codes expire after 15 minutes, therefore the student does need to log in before the expiration time, or another backup code will need to be generated.
